Terms
The Orchid Tray Company unconditionally guarantees the quality and description of our merchandise to be as stated on our website or we will cheerfully refund your money upon return of goods to us in appropriate condition (minus postage). Also if delivered goods are not what you have ordered we guarantee to replace them immediately. All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.
Postage
Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.
All postage will be via Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Any other method of postage (such as Express Delivery) will be billed to you at the going rate:
- Within the Sydney metropolitan area postage is $15 with any order of $50 or above. Below $50, postage will be $20 (unless the items are not bulky).
- Outside the Sydney metropolitan area and with Australia postage is $20 with any order of $50 and above. For orders below $50, postage will be $25 (unless the items are not bulky).
- Meters and small single items. $10 for 1 or $15 for 2. No charge for any additional meters or gauges.
- For smaller items like meters and gauges or non bulky items, please request a freight quote.
- For orders outside Australia please email us
- Collect your order from us at home, events or club meetings we attend for free. Click here for details.
Payment
All amounts are in Australian dollars. All amounts include GST. We accept payment with order in the form of cash, cheque, credit card, direct deposit or money order.
Privacy
The Orchid Tray Company values your right to privacy. We will require collection of your personal information as much as is necessary for billing and delivery purposes, but we will not disclose, sell or otherwise pass on your personal information under any circumstances.
